When to use each case

UPPERCASE suits short titles and acronyms; whole paragraphs in capitals read slower and fare worse with spam filters. Lowercase fits identifiers and addresses. Title case capitalizes each significant word; small words (and, of, the…) stay lowercase except at the start.

Sentence case restores a capital after each full stop: handy to fix an all-caps text from a scan or a rushed colleague. Invert swaps upper and lower case, useful to undo typing with Caps Lock on.

Limits

Transformation touches letters only: digits, punctuation and existing accents are kept. Title case does not know special proper nouns (iPhone, McDonald); proofread them after converting. Nothing is sent: everything transforms in your browser.
